World Mental Health Day Podcasts

World Mental Health Day 2013 falls on 10 October. The theme this year is ‘Could this be you?’ and the aim is to encourage the Catholic community in England and Wales to explore how we can support and promote good pastoral care for people experiencing mental distress.

The focus, more specifically, is on mental health and older people.

We've produced a series of podcasts where experienced mental health professionals give us an insight into their work in a Catholic context.
