Vocations Sunday 2016

13/04/2016 12:00 pm

People in Prayer

The Day of Prayer for Vocations to the Priesthood and Consecrated Life will be celebrated on Sunday 17 April 2016. It flows from the broader culture of vocation, and is when the universal Church asks the Lord to send more labourers to the harvest as priests and religious. The theme this year is ‘Change a Life: Talk about Vocations to the Priesthood and Consecrated Life’.

The resources developed around this theme encourage positive conversation about these vocations in the hope that this will encourage those the Lord is calling to have greater confidence in responding to that call.
