Introduction

St Dymphna

One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem this year, and nearly a fifth of the population will have suicidal thoughts at some point in their lives. St Dymphna's Day campaign is raising awareness and tackling the stigma often surrounding mental health, as well as promoting the work of the Catholic Church in supporting people with poor mental health and their families and carers.
